Jon Reiss, CIC
Jon graduated from Carthage college in 1973, and started in the insurance industry in 1976 when he bought his first agency. In 1985 he earned the prestigious professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). To retain certification for CIC, he is required to take 20 hours of continuing education per year. Advanced education is a necessity to Jon, as the insurance industry is constantly changing. Staying up-to-date or ahead of these changes is a must. For that reason, everyone in his agency has a professional designation, or, is currently working toward that goal.
Jon's approach to working with business owners on their company's insurance has evolved into a consultative partnership with his clients and prospective clients. The use of comprehensive checklists, allows him to create an awareness in his clients minds of the broad spectrum of financial risks they, and all of us, face in our lives.
He views his job as one of being an educator. He must educate his clients to all of these financial risks. So they can make an informed decision on whether they choose to "Self-Insure" or buy insurance to create the piece of mind we all cherish in our lives. Countryside's success is based on strong relationships with our clients, and our companied that we represent. Trust is the key to relationships.

Jason Reiss
Jason is a 1996 Graduate of Arrowhead High School. Jason attended Waukesha County Technical College as well as Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton for further Insurance Education. During his time at Countryside Insurance, he has been actively participating in many insurance seminars and continuing education programs. Jason has been with Countryside Insurance since August 1998. Jason runs the Personal Lines department where he strives to build long lasting relationships with each client while making sure they have the correct coverage to protect their most prized assets... their Family.

Fred Skurulsky Jr., CIC
A graduate of UW-La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science degree, Fred's insurance career started as an agent with American Family Insurance Co. He later was employed as a sales representative for the Cuna Mutual Insurance Group in Madison, Wisconsin. After 13 years at Cuna, he decided that the potential for professional growth as an insurance professional could be best served as an independent agent.
Since 1996, Fred has been an associate at Countryside Insurance. With a focus on marketing property and casualty insurance to businesses and individuals, he has a "hands on" approach and personally assists his clients. This is an important advantage when clients want an experienced agent they know and trust to handle their insurance. Fred has obtained the respected Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from the Professional Insurance Agents Association.

Michelle Sarinske, CISR
Michelle is a graduate of Arrowhead High School. She attended WCTC in Pewaukee for two years taking classes in Accounting, Insurance and various Computer classes. She started with Countryside Insurance in 1988. Michelle is licensed in Property & Casualty and also earned the CISR, Certified Insurance Service Representative Professional Designation in 1991. To retain the Professional Designation, she is required to take continuing education classes throughout the year.
Michelle primarily works in the commercial lines area, responsible for servicing the business accounts in the office. She believes in and works hard at building a strong relationship with each client.
Michelle is married with 2 children and lives in the Stone Bank area.

Kathie Scott, CIC
Kathie has been in the insurance business for 40 years working for a number of different insurance companies. She has just recently obtained her Property & Casualty license.
Kathie has her CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation since 1991. She works primarily with business insurance.
